The completion date of tasks and deliverables is anticipated as mid-August 2024. Review of expressions of interest will occur by May 13, 2024, and previously pre-qualified firms will be informed at that time of a decision as to potential contract offers.

Background

The South Florida Regional Planning Council (Consultant) will complete a South Florida Regional Resilience- Resource Inventory and Vulnerability Assessment Outreach Project (Project) to (1) complete the Regionally Significant Asset Identification and Verification and (2) conduct a first phase kick-off meeting for those municipalities in Broward and Miami-Dade County that have not yet completed a comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment (VA) pursuant to Section 380.093, Florida Statutes (F.S.) as of this advertisement.

These municipalities are Hillsboro Beach, Lauderdale Lakes, Lazy Lake, Lighthouse Point, Plantation, Sea Ranch Lakes, and West Park in Broward County and Golden Beach, Hialeah Gardens, and Sunny Isles Beach in Miami-Dade County.
