SFRPC Provides Updated City Park DRI Sufficiency Review Materials

The City Park DRI Applicant (Parkland West, LLC, the Krome Groves Land Trust, Edward W. Easton, Trustee, and Guherqui International, S.A.) has filed a 3rd Application for Development Approval (ADA3) as of July 2026 with the South Florida Regional Planning Council (SFRPC) and Miami-Dade County. The SFRPC and Applicant previously executed an Agreement to Delete. The Agreement to Delete specifies which ADA Questions the Applicant will answer, as well as the methodologies, data sources, and assumptions that will be used by the Applicant. The Agreement to Delete was developed with input from federal, state, regional, and local government partners.

Project Overview: City Park is a proposed master-planned development encompassing approximately 954 acres of agricultural land within the jurisdictional boundaries of Miami-Dade County. City Park is bounded on the north by SW 136 Street, on the east by SW 162 Avenue, on the south by Coral Reef Drive/SW 152 Street, and on the west by Krome Avenue/SW 177 Avenue. City Park is proposed immediately adjacent to and west / outside of the adopted CDMP 2030 Urban Development Boundary which serves as the County’s urban service area boundary.

As of July 2026, the SFRPC has added updated materials to the City Park DRI review, available online. As outlined in Rule 73C-40.022(3)(a), F.A.C., a determination of sufficiency indicates that information has been presented in a manner that allows reviewing agencies to assess impacts, but does not imply agreement with the conclusions provided.

Reviewing agencies may request additional information only as needed to clarify submitted materials or address new questions directly related to the application. All updated documents are available below.
