1. For the FYE 24 and FYE25 audits, were any journal entries posted to the trial balance by the auditors after the trial balance was provided?

Yes.

1A. If so, were they prepared by the Council or by the auditor?

Auditee request / Mutual agreement.

1B. If so, how many of each?

3, split into 7 due to QuickBooks limitations as of AR / AP accounts.

2. Have there been any significant changes in management of the Council recently that would impact the FYE26 audit?

No, but the Accounting Manager (retirement) and DOF (resignation) will be transitioning out in the coming months (September / November 2026).

3. Have there been any significant increases in grants awarded or other activity such as debt incurred or leases entered into subsequent to 9/30/2025?

No.

4. What approximate number of hours did the prior auditors spend on the audit?

N/A.

5. What were the fees charged to the Council for the FYE24 and FYE25 audits?

$30,800.

5A. Did the auditor have change orders resulting in additional billing for either audit period?

No.

6. Regarding question #2 above, are their replacements already hired or lined up?

In the process.

7. Regarding question #5 above, the $30,800 is the annual amount for each year or combined?

This is only for FY 25-26.
