Two South Florida PBS stations to merge

Two of South Florida’s three PBS television stations have agreed to merge. WPBT2, which serves Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and WXEL-TV in Palm Beach County, will become South Florida PBS, according to the Sun Sentinel.
