WHAT IS THE TOD WORKING GROUP?

The Southeast Florida Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Working Group formed in 2013 to be a forum for collaboration amongst TOD partners in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.  As an on-going self-determining group, its members work together and meet on a quarterly basis to identify the challenges to achieving TOD and decide on the best course of action to overcome these challenges. 

WHAT IS ITS PURPOSE?

The purpose of this informal group is to work together to foster the creation of transit oriented development in Southeast Florida in a cooperative, collaborative, effective, and efficient manner.

The TOD Working Group holds roundtable discussions at quarterly meetings.

TOD WORKING GROUP TOOLS

The TOD Working Group supports TOD initiatives in the region by creating tools such as the TOD Readiness Tool, and the TOD Readiness Inventory.

The TOD Working Group hosts presentations, which are compiled and made available by the Council on the TOD Reports webpage.
