This position processes payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, budgeting, audits, grants, procurement, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of US GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and experience with QuickBooks Enterprise. Experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, government, nonprofit, grant-funded programs, or Revolving Loan Funds is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred, along with at least three years of relevant experience.
This is a senior-level position requiring advanced professional work with an emphasis on a multi-disciplinary range of planning research topics. The preferred candidate will be expected to manage existing contracts and work with the Deputy Director on delivering high quality studies for the Council’s clients and member governments, as well as to identify new opportunities.
This is an entry-level position requiring advanced professional work in a wide range of planning activities, mostly focused on economic development. The preferred candidate will have significant experience in an urban planning specialization, such as economic development or urban data analysis. This position will also play a lead role in the development of state and federal funding proposals to support staff and consultant work.
