In 2014 the Council Persons of the Village of Biscayne Park recognized deficiencies in their municipality’s drainage infrastructure. They commissioned a Stormwater Master Plan (Plan) to help identify said deficiencies and outline the requirements to improve the stormwater collection system in order to meet current standards and alleviate flooding within the Village.
