The Transportation Improvement Program  (TIP) feeds into the Statewide TIP (STIP) so that all federally designated funds are planned together with all agencies in a coordinated and consistent manner. 

SFWMD Final 2023 Sea Level Rise and Flood Resiliency Plan

This SFWMD Sea Level and Flood Resiliency Plan, which is updated annually, is the first District initiative to compile a comprehensive list of priority resiliency projects to reduce the risks of flooding, sea level rise, and other climate impacts on water resources and increasing community and ecosystem resiliency in South Florida.

To address numerous challenges, Florida must assist communities in adapting critical and regionally significant assets, maintain a statewide vision for both coastal and inland communities, and prioritize state resources with a statewide data set and vulnerability assessment (“VA”).
