The Miami-Dade County Commission agreed to assist in the assembly of land for the world’s largest mall on 225 acres adjacent to I75 in NW Miami- Dade County. The mixed use project including residential, retail and destination recreation uses promises to deliver as many as 25,000 jobs. It will also create traffic that will impact Broward County. Regional solutions will need to be developed to address these greater than local impacts.
